Terms and Conditions

One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period on July 1, 2024.
The winner will be notified by email and/or social media direct message within 7 days of the drawing.
Failure to respond to the notification within 15 days of receipt will result in disqualification, and a new winner will be selected.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Rules or that is determined, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, misleading, or unfair.

By entering the Giveaway, you grant the Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your name, social media handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. This includes, but is not limited to, posting photos of you receiving your prize on our social media channels and website.

In the event of a dispute regarding these Rules or the Giveaway, the Safforn Indian Cusine’s interpretation shall be final.
